We've been lucky to work on some pretty incredible stuff - from high-rises that can actually withstand a serious blaze to heritage buildings that needed a modern twist. Each project taught us something new, pushed our limits, and honestly, made us better at what we do.

Cascade Ridge Residences

42-unit development in North Van that needed to blend with the mountain backdrop while meeting some seriously strict fire codes. We integrated Class A fire-resistant materials without making it look like a bunker - that was the challenge.

Ember Tower
Commercial Building Design

Ember Tower

18-story commercial hub in downtown Vancouver. The client wanted a 'wow' factor but also needed it to be one of the safest buildings in the city. We delivered both - the glass exterior's pretty stunning if I do say so myself.

Gastown Heritage Restoration

Gastown Heritage Block

Restoring a 1908 brick building while upgrading its fire safety was... complicated. Had to work with heritage committees, structural engineers, and pretty much everyone. Worth it though - place looks incredible now.

Forge District Mixed-Use

This one's a beast - residential, retail, and office space all in one. Creating proper fire compartments while keeping the open-concept vibe people wanted was a fun puzzle to solve. Ground floor shops opened last month.

EcoHaven Homes
Sustainable Design
EcoHaven Prototype

Net-zero energy home that's also wildfire-resistant. We tested materials for months to find stuff that's both eco-friendly and fire-rated. This prototype's now being replicated in the Interior where fire risk's higher.

TechHub Interior
Interior Space Optimization

TechHub Vancouver

Tech company wanted their 12,000 sq ft space to feel bigger and more collaborative. We knocked down a bunch of walls (well, the contractors did), reorganized the flow, and added some clever partition systems. They said productivity went up 30% - not sure if that's us or just good vibes.

Public Architecture
Riverside Community Centre

Community project in Surrey that needed to serve everyone - from toddlers to seniors. We designed spaces that can transform throughout the day and made sure every exit's clearly marked and accessible. Safety first, always.

Ironworks Lofts
Adaptive Reuse
Ironworks Lofts

Old steel fabrication warehouse turned into 28 loft apartments. Exposed beams, brick walls, the whole industrial vibe - but updated with modern fire suppression that's basically invisible. Character preserved, safety upgraded.

Fire-Resistant Construction
Fire Station 47

Designing a fire station is kinda meta when you specialize in fire-resistant architecture. We went all-out with materials and systems - this building's basically fireproof. The firefighters joked we made their job too easy.
